How it works
A simple pathway, always with your clinician behind it.
Assessment
Your qualified clinician assesses you at the clinic and decides your exercise plan.
Authorised access
We give you access with the exercises assigned to your case. Before you start, you accept the informed consent.
At home, with follow-up
You perform them with the prescribed technique and dosage; your progress is recorded so your clinician can review it.
The levels of support (assigned exercises, a monthly written review or a video consultation) are defined by your clinician according to your case. This service is not an emergency service: in any emergency, call 112.
